Privacy

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, general location, device type). Google's processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Contact Form

If you use our contact page, the information you send is processed by our form provider so we can read and reply to your message. Do not send sensitive personal data unless necessary.

Product Waitlist

If you join the waitlist for our own Thai tea mix, we store your email address, which page you signed up from, and the date you signed up. Nothing else — no name, no address, no payment details, and we don't set a tracking cookie to do it.

We use it for one thing: to email you when the product is ready to buy, or to tell you if we decide not to make it. It is not a newsletter, we do not send marketing to it, and we do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone. The page you signed up from is recorded only so we know which parts of the site people found the product through.

The data is stored on our own database server (hosted with Railway). Ask us to remove you at any time via the contact page and we'll delete your address — no confirmation loop, no retention period. If the product is cancelled, we delete the whole list.

Trade Enquiries

If you send a trade enquiry from our wholesale page, we receive your business name, city, email address, rough monthly volume, current supplier if you tell us, and what you're trying to solve. It goes through the same form provider as the contact page.

We may introduce you to a supplier, and we may be paid by that supplier for the introduction. Two things about that, both firm: we ask you first and your details go nowhere until you say yes, and you are never charged anything. We do not sell, rent or publish enquiry details, and we don't add you to any list. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time via the contact page.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Analytics, affiliate networks, and related services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, Google's tools for ads/analytics.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
